Overview By working closely with the Room Leader to guide and support teams in delivering high‑quality care and learning experiences, ensuring all activities align with the EYFS framework. Through assisting teams in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging activities that promote children's learning, curiosity, and development. By building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive. We're now looking for a Senior Early Years Educator to join our team, someone who's ready to get stuck in, spark imaginations, and help children thrive. Responsibilities Guide and support teams in delivering high‑quality care and learning experiences, ensuring all activities align with the EYFS framework. Assist teams in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging activities that promote children's learning, curiosity, and development. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment. Qualifications Minimum Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification. Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework. Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
