Fitness and Wellbeing Manager Location: Preston | Fitness & Wellbeing Club Employment Type: Permanent, Full‑time Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum depending on experience Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Job function: Other Industries: Wellness and Fitness Services Responsibilities Take on a commercial role that spans management, governance and sales of major services. Report to the Programme Director and line‑manage the fitness team. Be responsible for organising and implementing our class timetables. Oversee our fitness programming, from studio classes to personal training. Continually improve site standards and develop ways to drive team performance. Drive, develop and support your team to achieve ambitious sales and KPI goals. Qualifications Experience as a personal or fitness trainer, managing a small or large team. Qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level. Studio experience and a proven track record of driving PT revenue. Ability to design effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
