Mechanical Project Manager

Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for an Mechanical Project Manager for well known M&E Sub Contractor in Brentford. You'll be taking full ownership of the mechanical package on a new and exciting Project. Leading the delivery from pre-construction through to handover. Managing labour, subcontractors, and suppliers, you'll ensure programme and commercial targets are met while maintaining quality and compliance throughout. Whilst also covering the design and pre-con for a Commercial project.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee mechanical installation from strip-out through to commissioning
Coordinate closely with electrical teams and other trades on-site
Ensure work is delivered on time, to spec, and within budget
Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Manage subcontractors, materials, and site logisticsAbout You:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services
Experience on complex commercial or education sector projects (strip-out/refurb beneficial)
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and project delivery
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility roleWhy Join:
