Job Description Our client is a UKAS accredited asbestos company with a strong presence across the Central Belt of Scotland. They are seeking an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support commercial, domestic, and local authority contracts. The role is suitable for a hardworking candidate with a keen interest in the industry and strong technical knowledge. Salaries and benefits are competitive. Key Responsibilities Undertake asbestos surveys (including management, refurbishment and demolition) across a range of commercial sites. Collect ACM samples from sites. Conduct 4‑stage clearances: personal, smoke, reassurance, background and leak air testing. Produce thorough reports including site plans and drawings. Adhere to PPE and safety guidelines on site. Meet with clients to provide technical advice. Work on a varied portfolio of asbestos removal projects, overseeing compliance. Maintain excellent service standards. Required Experience and Qualifications Strong experience within the asbestos industry. Excellent knowledge of UKAS, HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines. Holder of BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or equivalent RSPH qualifications). Flexible to travel as required. Good literacy and IT proficiency. Comfortable liaising with clients. Travel Travel across Scotland, including Glasgow, Giffnock, East Kilbride, Airdrie, Bellshill, Motherwell, Shotts, Larkhall, Carluke, Stonehouse, Renfrew, Paisley, Clydebank, Cumbernauld, Irvine, Kilmarnock, Dumbarton, Falkirk, Galston, Troon, Ayr, Lanark, West Kilbride, Ardossan, Largs, Johnstone, Port Glasgow, Bathgate, Livingston and Bo’ness.
