Senior Solutions Consultant Apply to join Finastra as a Senior Solutions Consultant and help drive innovation in open finance. Responsibilities Serve as the primary functional authority on Payments & Financial Messaging applications to senior stakeholders. Drive strategic sales success by combining market insight, technical expertise and executive-level influencing skills. Lead high-value, complex deals and position Finastra’s offerings as a differentiated solution. Shape regional and global go-to-market campaigns and align with client priorities. Partner with sales teams throughout the full sales lifecycle, ensuring consistent strategic messaging. Develop and execute advanced sales strategies and identify cross-sell opportunities across Payments solutions. Required Experience 10+ years of payments experience (banking, consulting or solution provider). Strong client focus and impeccable professional integrity. Bachelor’s degree desirable. Demonstrable Payment & Financial Messaging experience, ideally as an ex-banker or experience with Finastra payments solutions. Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure. Willingness to travel internationally as required. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Proficiency in English; German or French desired.
