Disrepair Supervisor

Overview We're looking for a Disrepair Supervisor to join our Responsive Maintenance division, working out of our Walton-on-Thames office. You'll be supporting one of our social housing contracts, delivering reactive and some planned maintenance services to our residents. Responsibilities Ensure high-quality service delivery through effective work scheduling aligned with company procedures, standards, and SLAs. Represent WPS at client and resident performance meetings as requested by the Operations Manager. Manage the responsive repairs function to consistently meet performance targets. Monitor and manage material costs, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures. Oversee quality of work via inspections, KPIs, and customer satisfaction surveys. Lead and develop your team, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet service demands. Qualifications & Skills Full UK driving licence SSSTS qualification (minimum requirement) Proven experience in property maintenance or housing disrepair Strong supervision and leadership skills Solid understanding of relevant legislation and social housing regulations Excellent communication skills, with the ability to problem‑solve, multitask, and meet tight deadlines Other Requirements Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage.
