What You’ll Be Doing As a Team Leader; you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best care and support. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering care to our clients and building strong relationships. Reviewing care plans and conducting quality checks with clients and their families. Supporting carers with supervisions (and enjoying coffee and cake while you’re at it). Carrying out audits and ensuring our high standards are met. Overseeing new carers by providing shadowing opportunities and assisting with onboarding. Introducing carers to new clients and ensuring smooth transitions. Alternate weekends required. Taking on on-call duties approximately 1 in 5 weeks, including covering holidays or sickness. Qualifications and Requirements Proven supervisory experience in a care setting Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a team Ability to develop and implement care plans effectively Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and families Valid driving licence to facilitate transportation needs Familiarity with care practices Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes You should have access to reliable transport as some of our clients live in rural locations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
