About you Full Stack Expertise & LeadershipProven experience in building high-quality software across multiple languages and frameworks, ideally in a SaaS environment, with leadership capabilities. Cloud ProficiencyStrong understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, internal cloud), with hands‑on experience in deploying and managing cloud‑based solutions. Team Enablement & CoachingSkilled in guiding teams toward self‑management, using modern engineering practices to deliver scalable, accessible, and robust software. Technical Ownership & AccountabilityTakes full end‑to‑end ownership of products and outcomes, demonstrating strong decision‑making and responsibility. Strategic & Agile LeadershipLeads Agile teams strategically, ensuring cohesive cross‑team collaboration and alignment with business goals. Quality & Security FocusChampions a quality‑first mindset and integrates security principles into all aspects of development. Commercial AwarenessWorks closely with product and stakeholders to ensure technical decisions align with business value. AI AdvocacyEnthusiastic about AI, using it to enhance workflows and drive innovation within the team.
