You will ensure that the company service level targets are met and managing compliance (Export Documentation) About the Team / Department The Customer Supply Chain function is made up of 6 multilingual teams who support our commercial businesses across the EMEA region with making sure our products are delivered on time in full to our customers (retailers). The Export team specifically deal with order management for countries that are supplied through our distributor model. This role is in the Sub-Saharan Africa cluster, managing French-West Africa and South Africa based accounts. Responsibilities : Accountable for all aspects of admin tasks for Export Markets; managing sales orders in the system, Export shipments and documentation, liaise with stakeholders (logistics, supply, sales, etc) to ensure timely process of orders / shipments. To work with other members of the CF Export Team and lead to provide outstanding service to all distributors within a specific region. Accountable for maximising SCJ Value fill level in line with departmental targets To professionally manage stock allocations, liaison with Supply FG, Logistics, LSPs, inspection companies, and communication to other internal and external stakeholders. Ensure the accurate and timely processing of orders through local Sales interfaces and processing of orders and shipments following country specific requirements and all documentation related. Experience you’ll bring : Fluency in English both spoken and written, and ideally fluency in French would be an advantage Previous experience in an Import & Export Customer Services environment. Ideally this would include order management and import / export documentation.
