This is an exceptional opportunity for a technically excellent tax professional to take a leading role in managing a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and trusts, whilst developing and mentoring a talented team. As Senior Manager, you will act as the trusted adviser to our most sophisticated private clients, providing strategic tax planning advice on complex matters including UK and international tax residency, inheritance tax planning, estate administration, trust taxation, and capital gains tax mitigation. You will play a pivotal role in driving the continued growth of the private client practice, building lasting relationships and identifying opportunities to expand our service offering. Key Responsibilities Manage complex personal, trust, and estate tax matters, including CGT, IHT, and income tax planning. Advise on non-domicile taxation, residency, and offshore structures. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers, seniors, and assistants. Oversee HMRC enquiries, disputes, and disclosure matters. Drive business development, client relationships, and practice growth. Ensure profitable, efficient, and high-quality delivery of engagements. Requirements CTA qualified (or equivalent) with 7–10 years’ private client experience, including 3+ at manager level. Expertise in IHT, trusts, CGT, and internationally mobile clients. Proven leadership, client management, and business development skills.
