OverviewClinical Nurse Manager role at TieTalent. This is a full-time position based at Brook View care home, Fazakerley, Liverpool.Contract type: Full Time. Rate: Up to £55,620 DOE.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of care and nursing colleagues to ensure peoples' medical, physical, emotional and safeguarding needs are metProvide strong leadership to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvementOversee and manage all clinical elements and risksEnsure compliance with the clinical governance framework, regulatory requirements and CQC standardsSupervise the Nursing Team to ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner and reflect appropriate interventionsAbout You / QualificationsFirst-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PINMinimum of three years post-registration experience and management or supervisory experience, training or qualificationThorough understanding of nursing care best practiceExcellent range of clinical and digital skillsEnthusiasm for encouraging and motivating othersProactive approach with the ability to work on your own initiativeGreat communication skillsAs this is a leadership role, you should have experience in leadership or supervisory settings.About Exemplar Health CareBrook View is part of Exemplar Health Care, a leading provider of nursing care.
