Required as soon as possible KS2 LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT 30.25 hours per week (8.45am to 3:20pm) Term time only Scale 3, point 5 We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and strong Learning Support Assistant to join our team. You will work 1:1 with children with SEMH needs or within a small group. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a school that is committed to achievement for all its pupils and ongoing professional development for staff, and to make a real impact on pupils and their progress. We are looking for candidates who: Have a happy, can-do attitude and can motivate children with confidence and passion Are strong with behaviour management, but fair and kind Are committed to children enjoying and engaging in their learning Are a team player with excellent communication skills and will demonstrate excellent working relationships with colleagues across school. Are committed to creating and maintaining effective partnerships with parents/carers, outside agencies and the community.
