Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fire and Security Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of a wide range of fire and security systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Install, commission, and maintain fire alarm and detection systems. Service and inspect portable fire‑fighting equipment. Work on mechanical fire suppression systems and perform room integrity testing. Install and maintain intruder alarm systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems. Configure and maintain automated gates and barrier systems. Set up and manage remote monitoring solutions for security systems. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently. Ensure compliance with relevant British Standards and health & safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service and technical support. Requirements Proven experience in fire and security engineering. Knowledge of fire safety regulations and security system standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Full UK driving license. Relevant certifications (e.g., FIA training, BAFE Certified, NSI training) are mandatory. Valid Enhanced DBS.
