Our client is a successful well-established independent estate agent currently looking to add to their existing busy sales team by recruiting an experienced Branch Valuer.We are looking for a professional Branch Valuer / Lister who can demonstrate a proven track record in estate agency conducting valuations with a high listing conversion rate. Responsibilities Attend all branch valuations and list properties to the branch's current portfolio. Demonstrate a friendly, confident personality with enthusiasm, determination, self-motivation and a commitment to succeeding in a challenging market. Possess strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills and the ability to effectively manage and prioritise your own diary and workloads in order to exceed targets and company objectives. Qualifications Proven track record within estate agency conducting valuations with a high listing conversion rate. Applications from Senior Sales Negotiator with some valuing experience will be strongly considered.
