The analyst is responsible for providing software support across a range of third‑party hosted applications and will also play an in‑house system administrator role. As lead for Churchill Estates Management’s hosted applications, the analyst will work with the wider application team that supports other systems operating across the Churchill Group. Your key responsibilities will include: Resolve service desk tickets related to your assigned applications, documenting resolutions and actions taken. Maintain and update technical documents and procedures. Support the business with system reports and day‑to‑day system operations. Prepare maintenance and upgrade schedule proposals for managerial review and approval. Lead on system upgrade tasks, including management of UAT completions. Assist with application projects and wider integrations. Work with trainers to support onboarding of new application users. Support the Applications Support Manager with other hosted applications as required. The hours of work are 9.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am – 5.00 pm on Fridays. The role is office based in our Head Office in Ringwood, Hampshire. IT also operates an out‑of‑hours support rota. About you As a key member of our project teams, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to support a wide range of applications. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems. You will bring: Previous system administration support experience. Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies. The ability to diagnose and solve application issues.
