Our headquarters is in Malmesbury, UK, and our team consists of approximately 75 employees alongside 352 skilled contractors and sales consultants, all working together to deliver outstanding results for our clients.Join Our Team as an Independent Sales ConsultantWe are looking for a high-performing healthcare-savvy B2B sales professional who can think strategically, consultatively and close deals with confidence. You will generate and manage relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, medical service organisations and related businesses to drive growth and adoption of ISO and quality management solutions.TasksRole and Responsibilities:Drive new business: Identify, target and close new accounts in the healthcare services spaceConsultative selling: Understand client needs and recommend appropriate ISO and quality improvement servicesRelationship building: Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and maintain existing accounts to ensure client retention and satisfactionProspecting: Identify and reach out to new leads via email and phonePipeline management: Track and prioritise deals using HubSpot CRM, manage opportunities from prospecting through to closeTraining: Participate in product and sales training to stay up to date on IMSM solutions and sales processesRequirementsQualifications & Experience:5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare services, SaaS or consultingProven success managing the full sales cycle and closing recurring revenue contractsExperience selling to C-level executives and key stakeholders in healthcare or regulated environmentsStrong business communication, interpersonal and consultative skillsPrior experience with ISO, compliance or process improvement services is a plusSelf-motivated and goal oriented with the ability to manage your own schedule and resultsProficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)BenefitsWhat We Offer in Return:Full flexibility – manage your own time, workload and clientsUpsell, close high – and watch your commission growAccess to IMSM’s training, tools and global support infrastructureOpportunity to represent a respected brand with global footprintPathway to long term partnership opportunities for top performersAt IMSM, we believe in creating a workplace that is built on collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous growth.
