Site Manager – ENW Excavate and Lay Contract Project location: Dukinfield, North West. Department: ENW. Salary: £42,000 per year. Key Responsibilities Supervise delivery teams during site set up, excavation, backfill, reinstatement and completion. Attend all sites to disseminate the Construction Phase Plan information, including all RAMS, and brief team leaders to ensure compliance with CDM and ENW standards. Supervise the opening and closing of street works permits in accordance with NRSWA and manage agreed Traffic Management and Permit Conditions. Ensure client and operational requirements are met professionally and efficiently. Complete and record daily work measures for weekly payments. Conduct toolbox talks to all site personnel and record attendance. Coordinate with Traffic Management department and local authorities to preplan works to minimise disruption. Provide positive, innovative input into the team by offering solutions and embracing change. Promote the BE:SAFE culture and report safety issues in line with company procedures. Experience and Qualifications SHEA (Power) NRSWA 1991 (Supervisor) EFAW IOSH or SMSTS (preferred) Trench Support/Deep Excavation (preferred) Salary and Benefits We offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package.
