About The Role Are you ready to take the next step/new leap in your career in residential children’s care? Are you looking for a fresh new start? Join a brand new team where you will be supporting our children and young people, helping them to build trusted relationships. We want people who bring empathy, consistency, and resilience to their work – creating positive experiences filled with laughter, fun, and love, while helping our children and young people to develop healthy routines and coping strategies. You will support them in engaging with meaningful activities and education, help them manage emotions and behaviours, process trauma, and navigate complex family dynamics. You're confident working in a fast‑paced, emotionally demanding environment, not afraid to step up during a crisis, and a natural communicator. You're organised, reliable, and committed to safeguarding and professional standards. You’re flexible, willing to work a rota that includes sleep‑ins, weekends, and varied shifts. You’re open to learning, reflective in your practice, and eager to grow through training and development.
