Apply now to join One team, One Kroll.RESPONSIBILITIES:As a Senior Manager, you will be driven, willing to take risks, solve problems, and be a team player who influences others in our Restructuring business.Work with the current management teams for London Advisory, focusing on non-formal restructuring and advisory assignments across the UK, including:Independent Business Reviews (“IBRs”).Short-term cash flow modelling.Long-term integrated forecast appraisals.Pre-lending reviews.Options reviews.Contingency planning.HMRC Time To Pay Arrangements.Accelerated M&A.Stakeholder management.Debt refinancing.Prepare and present reports to Managing Directors, delegating tasks as needed to team members and ensuring timely completion.Supervise detailed financial analyses of statutory accounts, management information, cash flow forecasts, and long-term models, identifying key trends and performance drivers.Manage stakeholder relationships, liaise with clients, employees, agents, and solicitors as necessary.Ensure all deadlines are met and issues are addressed appropriately.Create forecasts using Microsoft Excel and other financial software, based on client data and historic financial information.Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, assisting with their training and career development, including conducting appraisals.REQUIREMENTS:Experience managing advisory cases from initial client contact to final review.Experience ensuring quality control, managing recoveries, billings, and resource allocation.Understanding and experience with formal insolvencies; JIEB qualification is preferred to advise stakeholders on insolvency options.Strong business development skills and a personal network, with experience in producing tender documents, sector analysis, and supporting marketing initiatives.Experience in a senior managerial role within a top 20 UK accountancy practice or equivalent, with a strong academic background and relevant accounting qualifications.
