Base pay range Brighton MET College, part of the Chichester College GroupPastoral Support Tutor [BRTN5751]£27,785 - £30,364 per annum37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our fantastic Pastoral Support team as a Pastoral Support Tutor. This full‑time permanent position involves providing pastoral and academic support to our full‑time learners on a 1:1 and group basis, including weekly tutorial sessions. Key Responsibilities Providing targeted support to students aged 16‑19 to ensure they achieve their full potential at college. Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of students’ support needs. Setting and working towards targets, managing time effectively to meet tight deadlines. Requirements Experience supporting students in a similar age range. High motivation and effective time‑management skills. A proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
