We are looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our Customer Training team. In this role, you will help customers learn how to use Corelight's cybersecurity products and understand how they can apply them in real-world situations. You'll assist in updating training materials, delivering content, and supporting the overall customer learning experience. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in both cybersecurity and technical education while working alongside a collaborative, mission-driven team that's passionate about helping others succeed.Key Responsibilities:Guide customers through learning Corelight's tools and applying cybersecurity best practicesSupport updates to training content as products and threats evolveAssist in developing recorded, on-demand training modulesDeliver training virtually and occasionally in personHelp manage and update our Learning Management System (experience with Skilljar is a plus)Walk students through how to use Corelight for basic threat hunting and incident responseSupport hands-on labs and interactive exercises like Capture the Flag (CTF)Learn and explain key cybersecurity concepts and how Corelight fits into the bigger pictureCollaborate with team members to improve training quality and effectivenessContinuously learn about emerging threats and detection strategies to inform training improvementsParticipate in team retrospectives and feedback sessions to help shape future training offeringsBasic Qualifications:Three plus years experience or coursework in cybersecurity trainingStrong interest in teaching and helping others learnGood verbal and written communication skillsComfortable presenting technical content to different audiencesBasic familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, or operating systems like Windows, Linux, or MacOSAny experience with Zeek, Suricata, or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus but not requiredWillingness to travel up to 25-50%A degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experienceFueled by investments from top-tier venture capital organizations such as Crowdstrike, Accel and Insight, Corelight is the fastest growing network detection and response platform in the industry.
