It exposes you to key areas of the business to develop you into a solid all‑rounder within the construction field.Construction > Health & Safety > Technical > Development > Commercial > Customer Service > ConstructionStarting from September 2026, you’ll rotate through all these areas across your 18‑month programme, starting and finishing within the Construction department. During your final rotation, transition talks are held with the possible opportunity to transition into the Build team once all rotations have been completed.Graduates on our Construction pathway are based at one of our sites; the site for this role will be within 1 hour of our Warrington office. *Please note that due to the nature of the role, site locations are subject to change.*Due to high interest, we may close applications earlier than expected.
