Location: London and Home CountiesSalary: £50/55K per annum (dependent on experience)Job Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team, operating primarily across London & the M25. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with a strong technical background, excellent fault-finding skills, and a passion for high-quality workmanship. You will be responsible for servicing and maintenance across a range of commercial and residential systems along with diagnosing and repairing faults. You'll be trusted to work independently, represent the company professionally on-site, and take ownership of your work from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesService, and maintain split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF air conditioning systemsDiagnose and repair faults efficiently and accuratelyTechnical diagnosisCompetent using service checkersProvide clear and accurate job documentation using provided tablet and software system (ATOM)Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and industry regulationsMaintain a high standard of customer service on every visitParticipate in on-call rota after completion of three-month probationRequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience in air conditioning engineeringFGAS Category 1 qualified (essential)Full, clean UK driving license (essential)Strong working knowledge of leading AC systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, etc.)Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skillsAbility to work independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: £50/55K dependant on experience.Company bonus scheme where you can earn up to £1,200.00 per quarter (£4.8k annually)22 days holiday plus bank holidays (25 days after 3 years service)10 hours door to door day (you are to start and finish your day within 10 hours D2D)Company van and fuel cardSpecialist tools, tablet, mobile phone, and full PPE providedUniform and branded workwear suppliedOngoing training and developmentWorkplace pension schemeSupportive team and positive working environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
