This branch is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England. Job Profile As a Valuation Manager at Your Move, you will be responsible for growing and developing the sales instructions within the branch. You will also be expected to: Generate and conduct sale valuation appointments Secure new instructions to sell properties Engage in business prospecting and proactive activity Leverage extensive local market knowledge and networking Maximise branch income by cross‑selling other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance) Display excellent customer service at all times You will bring experience working in an estate agency as a Senior Negotiator or Valuer, and you will have a proven track record of conducting sales valuations. This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and driven individual looking to leave a real impact on the branch’s success story.
