AI Senior Product Manager Diligent is the AI leader in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) SaaS solutions, helping more than 1 million users and 700,000 board members to clarify risk and elevate governance. Position Overview As an AI Senior Product Manager at Diligent, you will own your product roadmap and drive innovative AI‑powered solutions by identifying market and customer needs and opportunities. You will be in direct contact with our customers to understand their requirements, translate them into intelligent product features, and bring in market insights and data to shape our AI strategy. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the right vision is achieved for each solution, leveraging artificial intelligence to deliver measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement AI product strategy that aligns with the company vision, ensuring our AI initiatives deliver measurable business impact. Own the AI product roadmap, from ideation to launch, with a focus on scalable machine learning and generative AI solutions. Be the voice of the customer in our product team, by clearly communicating and sharing insights about our customers and how we can get their jobs done better. Serve as the leader of a cross‑functional team of developers, UX designers, and stakeholders in Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. Maintain a deep understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, user scenarios, and business value derived from AI‑driven products, including integration with other Diligent products and third‑party platforms. Deliver high quality and on‑time user experiences on multiple platforms (Mobile, Web, Desktop) for the target personas. Responsible for creating and maintaining a prioritized backlog of user stories with clearly written user stories. Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the business domain, applying problem‑solving skills to address critical and complex issues to ensure the product evolves in line with the organizational strategy. Responsible for the ongoing tracking of AI product performance, user engagement, and outcomes measurement. Monitor the external market landscape, including competitor analysis and market trends to inform the product roadmap. Required Experience & Skills 4+ years’ experience in a product management role, including predominantly SaaS product experience in more recent years. Experience working with AI‑powered products or integrating AI capabilities into SaaS solutions is strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong business acumen. 1–3 years domain and market expertise. Demonstrate experience in writing technical and functional requirements. Demonstrate experience interacting directly with stakeholders at all levels of the business. Demonstrate strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate with other development teams. Experience integrating with multiple products (desirable). Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar qualifications (desirable).
