This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the international movement of goods, ensuring full compliance with HMRC regulations and internal company procedures.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately provide customs clearance instructions to brokers within strict UK regulatory timelinesEnsure all imports are cleared compliantly and in line with HMRC and company proceduresManage and check import documentation for accuracy and completenessLiaise with stakeholders to resolve queries and discrepanciesCalculate customs duties and identify opportunities for duty savingsMaintain accurate and auditable records for HMRC inspectionsMonitor compliance metrics and escalate issues when necessaryCoordinate classification requests and contribute to process improvementsStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracySelf-motivated, reliable, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesExcellent organisational and time-management skillsConfident communicator (written and verbal)Strong team player with a collaborative mindsetProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, basic formulas, formatting)Experience in large or multinational organisationsPrevious experience in import/export operationsFamiliarity with Incoterms and CDS (Customs Declaration Service)Ready to Apply?
