Overview Senior Data & Systems Lead at Northpoint. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary. You will lead the development and optimization of digital systems and data strategy to support our mission, ensuring robust, secure, and user-focused solutions. What you will be doing Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital case management systems and data platforms. Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with GDPR and best practices in health and social care. Collaborate with service delivery, clinical, and impact teams to identify and deliver digital solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Oversee data analytics and reporting to inform decision-making and drive service improvements. Manage and mentor a team of data and systems professionals, supporting their development and ensuring high standards of performance. Build strong relationships with local partners, technology providers, and stakeholders to support integrated digital working. Champion a culture of innovation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across all digital and data processes. What we are looking for Degree or high level of academic achievement and evidence of continuous professional development. Experience in a data, information, or responsible administrative role producing monitoring reports that measure performance and outcomes. Experience in the development, maintenance, and analysis of data collection systems and electronic patient management systems such as IAPTus, SystmOne, or similar. IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams). Proficient in Excel, including data analysis and reporting. Ability to present accessible, clear, and informative data reports. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Proven change management and team-working skills.
