Join us as a Service and Sales Assistant at GSA - Global Student Accommodation, a dynamic student housing provider in the heart of Bristol. Overview In this role you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering friendly, professional service and supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our student accommodation. You will also contribute to our sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring our properties remain fully occupied. Key Responsibilities Provide welcoming, professional customer service to students living in the residences. Respond to resident queries, complaints and incidents (e.g., power outages, water issues, fire alarms), resolving or escalating as appropriate. Participate in sales and marketing activities to maximise occupancy and utilise all marketing channels. Follow and implement all operating procedures and safety protocols. Ensure the safety and welfare of all residents at all times. Plan, organise and communicate social events for residents. Qualifications & Skills Excellent customer service and communication skills at all levels. Personable, energetic and genuinely enthusiastic about engaging with people. Proactive with strong problem‑solving ability. Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient with MS Office applications. Resilient, adaptable and culturally aware. Benefits Competitive salary (£13,104 per annum) with an annual discretionary bonus. 5 weeks of annual leave. Paid wellness day (YuDay) each year. Working hours will be 12 pm – 10 pm, with mandatory coverage on Thursdays and Fridays. A lone working schedule from 4 pm – 10 pm is also required.
