Responsibilities Provide the highest levels of customer service by coaching and guiding store teams to ensure an excellent customer experience in every interaction. Lead the store’s success by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. Create a safe environment for the team and ensure all policies and procedures are followed. Develop people through upward growth, internal opportunities, or enhancing their current role. Guide a team that is passionate about our goals and help them understand how they contribute to the store’s commercial objectives. Take a strategic approach to sales, shrink, and service, ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently.
