London – Farringdon We are working with a thriving residential property business based in Farringdon, seeking a driven Property Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of 90 high‑end residential properties, including London’s most prestigious properties, while working with an international client base. With strong office support, and a clear progression pathway this is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to join a growing business and be hands‑on with London’s prime real estate. The Role Will Include Managing a portfolio of 90 prime residential properties Building strong relationships with tenants and landlords (including international clients) Overseeing maintenance, inspections, renewals, and deposit disputes Preparing tenancy agreements and landlord reports Liaising with landlords; Mandarin speaking skills highly desirable Salary / Benefits £35,000 – £38,000 basic salary DOE Up to £6,000 annual bonus Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm, early finish on Fridays (5 / 5:30pm) Bank holidays + 20 days rising to 22 days after 1 year Birthday off + wellness day Healthcare and pension ARLA sponsorship available Structured career progression within a progressive company Criteria Needed To Be Invited For An Interview 2 years + experience in property management Mandarin speaking skills Confident managing client relationships, including high‑net‑worth & international landlords Full UK Driver’s License How To Apply If this position is of interest, please get in touch with Alfie Paul at alfie@onepropertyrecruitment.co.uk.
