This post is a unique post that will be based within the MASH focusing on support to families from newly arrived communities/migrant backgrounds. This is an exciting opportunity based within the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) for 2 years with a potential for this post be extended based on funding.The MASH brings together professionals from health, children’s services, police, and education, all based in ONE Friargate, Station Square in Coventry. By applying consistent thresholds based on the Effective Support to Children and Families in Coventry guidance, the MASH ensures timely, high-quality information sharing, analysis, and decision-making to safeguard vulnerable children and young people effectively.The children and young people we support come from a variety of backgrounds and in order to deliver the best possible care it is vital that we have a workforce that represents and understands their unique experiences and perspectives.All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK.
