Mentor and support other team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Requirements Proven experience as a senior developer, team lead, or technical lead, ideally within financial services or large‑scale systems. Strong proficiency in Java. Experience working with cloud environments, specifically AWS, with extensive grid compute knowledge. Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and best practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Nice to Have Familiarity with Kotlin.
