You'll create impact for our future by owning projects and shaping the business strategy to reach shared goals, all within our enhanced international community of collaborative and passionate teams.The impact you’ll have:Reporting to the Contracts and Inventory Manager Contracts and Inventory Administrator will provide administrative support to our contractors, direct hotels and transfer suppliers.Two of these roles are maternity cover positions, and the third is a permanent role.Your day-to-day:Ensure Contracts, Special Offers and Stop Sales are loaded correctly, and any discrepancies corrected as a matter of urgency.Provide support on cost queries, inventory, and availability queries.Ensure, that pricing queries on all bookings and all relative requirements are applied with minimal delay.Ensure all rejected bookings will get accepted with minimal financial impact through negotiation with suppliers.Brief the business on additional content requirements, and or quality control issues with content that have business consequences.Report on errors and look at root causes to elevate issues and ensure mistakes are not repeated.Your skillset:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience of organisation and prioritising tasks in the workplaceConfident at making fast relevant decisionsNumerate and highly accurateDesirable (optional):Knowledge and understanding of the travel sectorKnowledge of iVector systemPerks of joining us:Company pension contributions at 5%.Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up.Discounted holidays for you, your family and friends.25 days of holidays per annum (plus 8 public holidays) increases by 1 day for every second year of service, up to a maximum 30 days per annum.Ability to buy and sell annual leave.Cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and eye care vouchers.At loveholidays, we focus on developing an inclusive culture and environment that encourages personal growth and collective success.
