Oracle E‑Business Project Manager Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom Job Summary Version 1 is looking for an experienced Oracle E‑Business Project Manager to lead Oracle E‑Business Suite, Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle HCM Cloud projects. The role involves managing end‑to‑end delivery, engaging with clients, driving governance, and ensuring on‑budget, on‑scope, on‑time delivery while owning P&L performance. Responsibilities Take the lead on end‑to‑end delivery of high‑profile Oracle E‑Business and Cloud projects. Serve as the key client interface—managing expectations, risks, scope, and steering‑group reporting. Apply PRINCE2, MSP and project governance practices to guide delivery teams. Drive quality using Version 1’s MAXIMISE project methodology with clear milestones and accountability. Ensure on‑budget, on‑scope, and on‑time delivery while owning the P&L performance for your projects. Motivate teams to operate at pace and build genuine partnerships with customers and stakeholders. Control and report progress to the Steering Group, Sponsor and senior stakeholders. Continuously assess risks and issues, and work with client counterparts to mitigate them. Manage dependencies on external parties and develop plans to manage and report on them. Travel to customer sites as required and assist in pre‑sales and business development opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience leading Oracle E‑Business Suite and/or Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM projects. Strong commercial acumen and experience in fixed‑price consultancy environments. In‑depth background in PRINCE2, MSP, and other programme/project management methods. Experience in governance (gate control, status reporting), scope management, and stakeholder management. Excellent negotiation and communication skills across all levels. Ability to create well‑thought‑out, achievable project plans under the MAXIMISE methodology. Benefits Quarterly profit share.
