Acquisition Delivery Manager Reading – Hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week in our Central Reading office) Permanent At MBNL, our mission is clear: Managing the Mobile Infrastructure to Enable Digital Britain. This role sits in the Acquisition Delivery Team, part of the Property & Property Legal department. It is accountable for acquisition, estate management and implementation of property and planning strategies across the shared and unilateral network property portfolio, ensuring partners and suppliers adhere to agreed guidelines when undertaking work or upgrades on the property estate. The focus is initially on the front‑end acquisition in terms of identifying and delivering a new shared site post NTQ. What you will do: Day‑to‑day management of third‑party suppliers, working with other functional teams to deliver acquisition of replacement sites, specifically managing the front‑end site selection. Work with the nominated commercial lead to manage supplier performance. Deal with ad‑hoc site‑specific issues. Understand issues, develop potential solutions, and ensure delivery to a satisfactory conclusion, using a variety of means, including visiting sites and landlords where necessary. Take initiative for continuous improvement across acquisition processes, guidance documentation, and capabilities. Ensure data integrity and reporting internally and to shareholders. What we are looking for: Property knowledge. Experience in running / delivering telecoms ADC projects. Have worked in an Operator, Managed Service Supplier or Small Works Contractor environment. Stakeholder engagement and management experience. Nice to have: Property related qualifications, e.g. RICS or CAAV membership or comparable experience. Experience with Sitetracker (training will be provided).
