Unlock your Potential as a Heating Installation Engineer in a role that makes a difference Platform Property Care has an opportunity for an experienced Heating Installation Engineer to deliver installation of heating systems and complex heating and hot water systems based in the Alfreton area. The role is varied, and no two days are the same. It is a tough task and our expectations are high, but you’ll have the support of a great team. Benefits Basic salary up to £40,954 per annum OTE additional average earnings of £1,500 per annum from OOH rota 25 days holiday (+8 bank holidays) with the opportunity to buy an additional 5 days leave Pension contribution scheme with up to 12% employer contribution PPC Van + Fuel Card Mobile phone, iPad & lone worker device provided Medicash membership providing employee assistance programme, discounted gym membership and exclusive discounts Health Cash Plan worth up to £1,700 p/a with cashback for dental, optical, physio and complementary therapies Requirements Essential qualifications: ACS, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, UHWSS Oil qualifications desirable; training and support available MET1, DAH1, LPG desirable Valid NVQ Level 2/3 in Heating, Plumbing or Ventilation Good communication skills and ability to work well with customers and other trades Experience working in Social Housing Full Driving Licence DBS check required There is also the opportunity to earn additional form by being on the out of hours rota as required. The role covers properties in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire, so we ideally look for someone based in the Alfreton area.
