Role Overview As a Data & AI Product Owner at WeBuild-AI, you will bridge the gap between technical implementation and business value. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring our AI solutions deliver meaningful business transformation at speed. You'll be the driving force behind solutions that reimagine what's possible in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and AI initiatives Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and challenges Translate business requirements into technical specifications Prioritise features and capabilities based on business impact Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions Manage the product lifecycle from conception to deployment Measure and communicate the impact of AI solutions Contribute to the ongoing development of our Pathway platform Identify opportunities for AI to create breakthrough value Pioneer new approaches to product development in the AI era Required Skills & Experience Experience in product management or product ownership roles Understanding of data and AI technologies and their business applications, including AWS services (Bedrock, SageMaker, DataZone) and Azure services (OpenAI, Fabric, Purview) Familiarity with Python for data analysis and prototyping AI solutions Familiarity with agile development methodologies Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility Experience with enterprise software or consulting projects Knowledge of prototyping and collaboration tools (e.g., Visily, Figma, and Miro) Strong problem‑solving abilities and creative thinking, with critical thinking credentials to solve complex business challenges across a range of industries The Mindset We Value Visionary Perspective: We need product owners who can see beyond current limitations to envision what AI could make possible in 3‑5 years, while delivering value in the present.
