As a (Senior) Consultant at ADAPTOVATE, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives for our diverse clients. This position emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and client impact. What will you be doing? Conduct in‑depth market, industry, and organizational analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement. Provide data‑driven recommendations that align with client objectives and long‑term strategy. Diagnose inefficiencies in business operations and design streamlined processes that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. Lead organizational transformation initiatives by facilitating stakeholder alignment, developing strategies, and ensuring smooth adoption of new practices and technologies. Oversee complex transformation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and with measurable business outcomes. Build strong relationships with senior executives, team leaders, and external partners to ensure alignment, collaboration, and sustainable impact. Advise clients on the integration of AI into business strategies. Identify opportunities where AI can enhance decision‑making, optimize operations, and drive innovation. Support implementation by assessing risks, managing ethical considerations, and ensuring AI adoption aligns with organizational goals. What ADAPTOVATE is looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred). Experience in management consulting, strategy, or business transformation. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex challenges and deliver clear recommendations. Proven experience in process improvement, operating model design, or digital transformation. Excellent project and program management capabilities, with a track record of delivering outcomes in complex environments. Exceptional verbal and written communication, able to present insights clearly to senior executives. Experience in facilitating training sessions and workshops. Proficiency in client presentation development. Awareness of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation trends, with a practical understanding of how they impact industries and business models. Experience in assessing opportunities for AI adoption (e.g., operational efficiency, decision‑making, customer experience). Ability to translate technical AI concepts into business implications and guide clients on adoption strategies. Flexibility and willingness to work in diverse environments and travel as needed.
