We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team and support students in an inclusive secondary school setting. Whether you’ve worked in classrooms before—or supported young people in Youth Groups, Brownies / Scouts, Sports Coaching, Drama / Theatre groups, Holiday Camps or similar—we’d love to hear from you

What you’ll need:

Experience working with children/young people (in any capacity).

Experience with ALN pupils (school, support settings, or otherwise).

A current DBS—or willingness to get one.

Patience, empathy, and a positive “can-do” attitude.
