Seasonal Sales Assistant/Driver – Lincoln (15 Hours – Fixed Term until 29/12/2025) Join us as a Seasonal Sales Assistant/Driver at Majestic Wine. The Role As a Sales Assistant you’ll support your store team with driving sales performance and day‑to‑day running of your store, delivering exceptional customer service to optimise KPI performance. Key Responsibilities Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and supporting the team in meeting and exceeding targets through KPI focus. Deliver exceptional market‑leading customer service to drive business growth and customer loyalty. Offer a VIP concierge service, contacting customers with updates on products and tastings. Sell the story, not the discount, sharing passion for product with in‑depth knowledge of our range. Continuously learn to support your WSET qualification and confidence in selling. Maintain the store’s physical appearance and compliance. Handle operational tasks: deliveries, merchandising, customer calls, driving company vans. Identify improvement opportunities to optimise operational running. Follow policies, complete mandatory training and remain compliant, safe & legal. Serve as a role model, supporting junior team members and feeding ideas to the Store Manager. Operate the store as a key holder, opening and closing without management present. Knowledge & Skills Excellent time‑management, delegation and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrate exceptional customer experience and service. Self‑motivated and able to thrive alone and as part of a team. Can‑do attitude with resilience to meet changing demands. Excellent communication and time‑management. Passion for wine knowledge with intent to pass Level 2 WSET. Full UK/EU/EEA driving licence held for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
