Conveyancing Fee Earners – Preston Salary : £25,000 – £40,000 (DOE) Puro Associates are seeking experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners to join an established legal team in Preston. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated professionals to manage a varied caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity, within a supportive and client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Managing a mixed caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. Drafting contracts, transfers, and other legal documents relevant to the conveyancing process. Acting as the main client contact, providing updates and maintaining excellent service standards. Liaising with third parties including solicitors, lenders, estate agents, and other professionals involved in the conveyancing process. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm procedures. About You Proven experience managing your own caseload of conveyancing matters. Strong technical knowledge of freehold, leasehold, re-mortgage, and transfer of equity work. Excellent organisational and communication skills with a proactive, detail-focused approach. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a busy conveyancing team. A commitment to delivering outstanding client service and building long-lasting relationships.
