Senior Systems Developer – Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS FT Join to apply for the Senior Systems Developer role within the Information Department. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain and enhance a range of clinical and corporate software systems in alignment with Trust priorities. Support system integration and contribute to the Trust’s wider technical and application architecture. Translate user and business requirements into clear technical specifications and develop robust, scalable system components. Collaborate with developers, technical teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable and maintainable software. Provide ongoing technical expertise to ensure optimal system performance, data integrity and security. Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously within agile and lean development practices. Offer occasional day‑to‑day matrix management and guidance to permanent and contract staff involved in relevant development projects. Required Skills Strong proficiency in C# and SQL. Experience delivering secure, high‑value digital solutions within a healthcare context. Ability to work independently and demonstrate high ownership and accountability.
