About the roleYou will work in a Boots store and report to the Assistant or Store Manager. Your responsibilities will include:Customer Interaction: You’ll offer thoughtful advice, recommend products and highlight offers to ensure everyone has an enjoyable shopping experience.Till Operation: From wrapping purchases at the counter to supporting self-checkout, bring energy and efficiency to every transaction.Stock Management: Keep shelves full so customers can find what they need during the busy season.Store Presentation: Ensure the store looks its best.Online order support: You may assist with deliveries, picking, and packing for online orders as needed. What you’ll need to haveFull training is provided, but these are the essential skills or experience:Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day.Customer Service Skills: Comfortable approaching customers and providing a personalised experience.Operations Ready: Able to balance customer care with daily shopfloor and operational tasks.Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn and use technology, including handheld devices, tills and self-checkouts.Team Player: Collaborative mindset to help the team meet store goals and have fun.Physical Stamina: On your feet, standing, walking and lifting.Brand Ambassador: Enthusiasm for Boots ethos, products and services.
