We're Cooper Parry's Audit team – a collaborative group of professionals, passionate about delivering high-quality audits that make a real difference. We work closely with clients to ensure transparency, accuracy, and trust in their financial reporting – helping them grow with confidence and clarity. You'll be joining our specialist Audit Pensions team – where you'll work with pension schemes of all shapes and sizes, tackling complex financial reporting requirements and gaining deep insight into a sector that impacts millions of lives. This role is based in our East Midlands office. This role will begin in early May 2026 and the assessment centre will take place on the 28th January 2026. About you... As an Audit Trainee, you'll dive into real projects from day one. This is more than just a job – it's a launchpad. You'll: Support audit fieldwork by reviewing financial documents such as invoices, bank statements, and payroll reports, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. Engage with clients to understand their systems and processes, attend year-end stocktakes, and contribute to audit testing and reporting in small teams. Deliver high-quality work by managing deadlines, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with your team to meet client expectations. You’ll be supported every step of the way – by peers, mentors, and even our Partners. We'll give you structure, but also the freedom to grow at your own pace. We're looking for someone with: 3 A-levels (BBC or above, including a numerical or business subject) Enthusiasm about Audit and motivated to succeed – both in the role and in their qualification journey This vacancy is for school/college leavers only; if you have a degree you should look for a vacancy with "graduate" in the job title About us...
