Care Team Leader - Days Runwood Homes Salary: £13.60 per hour Hours per week: 45 / 3 × 15 hour shifts Base Pay Range: £13.60 an hour Care Home: Silvanna Court About the role: As a Care Team Leader at Runwood Homes you will be responsible for planning and delivering high‑quality care that keeps residents safe, respected and independent. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they meet the highest care standards. Key duties include accurate record keeping and clear communication with colleagues. In addition, you will support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, provide medication management and conduct medication audits to maintain safety and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess positive energy, strong relationship building skills, and outstanding organisational abilities. Holding an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
