About the Role As a Sous Chef at Prezzo, you are a vital member of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and leading your station with passion, ensuring every dish showcases authentic Italian flavours. Responsibilities Prepare and present high‑quality Italian dishes according to the restaurant’s standards. Lead the kitchen station, supervising and mentoring junior staff. Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety, health & safety, and stock control. Collaborate with front‑of‑house and support teams to align with operational, commercial, and guest‑focused goals.
