Career-defining moments ahead.A New Chapter Begins.Closing Date12th December 2025What you'll doAs a Graduate Design Engineer, you will join the Design Office and contribute to the development of components and assemblies for our Formula 1® race car. You will work on real projects from day one, progressing from guided tasks to independent ownership as your skills develop.You will:Generate accurate 3D CAD models and engineering drawingsSupport the full design lifecycle from concept through release and buildWork within defined performance, packaging, mass, and manufacturing constraintsCollaborate with manufacturing, composites, build and test functionsParticipate in design reviews and apply sound engineering judgementManage technical data, BOMs, and design documentationThe Graduate ProgrammeOur Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate your professional and technical development.
