Role Overview Join to apply for the Material Control Administrator role at Rubix UKII. You're looking to accelerate your career? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Material Control Administrator to join our team in Wolverhampton. As Material Control Administrator you will be working alongside the material planning team, ensuring that stock levels are maintained effectively, raising stock replenishment orders as well as providing a high level of customer service to our colleagues across the UK when resolving their queries. This a varied role with plenty of room to make it your own Key Responsibilities Process and order customer requests for stock and catalogued items Monitor non- and slow-moving stock for review and support stock return initiatives Support the wider team and take on responsibilities for other roles within the team at times of peak demand Regularly validate lead times for all suppliers Support the team with order book maintenance, following up discrepancies with suppliers Deliver high availability as defined by the products Velocity code Follow up on network requests in a timely and professional manner Role Requirements Team player: Strong team skills and the ability to interact well with suppliers and colleagues. Strong organisation skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management; ensuring that deadlines are met. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and internal departments. Demonstrates the ability to plan and prioritise workload in order to meet required deadlines and performance standards. Demonstrates the ability of being able to maintain and improve effective working practices. Demonstrates a flexible attitude towards work and is able to respond to business priorities appropriately. Effective communication skills that allows the individual to communicate at all levels.
