Join Sheffield City Council as an HR Consultant and play a key role in delivering expert case management support across a diverse and dynamic organisation.In this senior role, you’ll :Provide a professional, risk-based HR consultancy service to managers, focusing on complex case management in all areas of people management practice.Advise and support on formal procedures, ensuring best practice and consistent application of policy and employment law.Lead and contribute to employee relations, supporting positive outcomes and effective resolution of cases.Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver business-focused HR solutions and drive continuous improvement in people management.We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal and influencing skills, experience in large, complex organisations, and a proven ability to manage sensitive cases with professionalism and integrity.If you’re passionate about making a difference and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.We are investing in our workforce and are promoting opportunities to our under-represented groups.
