Summary The Project Manager is responsible for full life‑cycle management for projects of all sizes, including organization and management of resources and activities for bidding, planning, materials purchasing and management, installation, budget‑tracking, and project close out. In addition, for certain programmes / projects, the Project Manager will work as a member of a larger Project Management Team. The Project Manager focus is on delivering World Class Customer Experience and Quality. They are integral to the account team and are key in building the trusted relationship with the customer. They are an extension of the sales team. Job Responsibilities Execution on all assigned OTRs (Objectives, Targets, Results). Active participation in CFR discussions. Conform and adhere to all responsibilities within the Operational Guidelines throughout the phases of: Presales, Planning, Delivery, Closing, and Post‑Installation. Monitor all aspects of project plans to ensure milestones, timelines, and budget targets are met. Monitor Risks and initiate necessary Proactive and Corrective Actions. Manage Change Control and Procure change orders. Manage "the customer" team and/or subcontractors/vendors to ensure timely and high‑quality work. Monitor and drive the quality assurance process during all phases of the project. Continuously expand / farm existing Accounts for additional opportunities to introduce other "the customer" services. Look for new opportunities with new clients that enable "the customer" to provide A/V, security, Wireless/DAS, and/or network infrastructure services. Maintain data and system integrity. Ensure accurate system data for engagement set up. Aligning all contract documents (PO, Contract, Proposal, PnL). Proper billing schedule. Performing weekly reviews of: Project / Field Budget Trackers Project Metrics system Invoicing due Pending Awards Accounts Receivables System dates Job Skills Understands critical importance of both customer experience and customer service. Proactive and professional communication with internal and external customers. Highly organized, and effective with personal time management. Excellent verbal skills. Sound written skills. Effective working in team situations as a contributing or leading member. Versatile in performing different tasks; very resourceful. Able to receive constructive feedback and take action to adjust. Be independent, self‑driven, highly customer focused and able to work under minimum supervision. Timely responses to appropriate inquiries. Demonstrate effective listening skills. Highly dependable. Desire for continuous improvement at a personal and professional level. Job Requirements Years of Experience: 5-10 years. College degree or AA preferred. PMI/PMP Certified or equivalent - preferred. Excellent fluency with project management methodologies. Excellent PC skills, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledgeable in all aspects of delivering voice/data/fiber and wireless installation projects. RCDD Preferred but not required.
